Web pages:

1.  Super Saturated Designs

This link contains the evaluation criteria and experimental situation of Supersaturated Designs. A catalogue of SSDs with two level, multi level and mixed level has also been prepared. Bibliography contains list of research papers related to supersaturated designs.

2.  Analysis of Data

This link targets to provide steps of analysis of data obtained from designed experiments using several software packages like SAS, SPSS, MINITAB, SYSTAT, MS-EXCEL, SPAD, SPFE, SPAR 2.0, etc.  Some real life examples of experiments are given with the questions to be answered. Steps for preparation of data files, the commands and macros to be used for analysis of data, the contrasts to be used for answering specific questions, etc. are given, which the user can use without any difficulty.

3.  Online analysis of Augmented Design

This link gives the web service for analysis of data gathered through Augmented Designs. This service gives opportunity to analyze the data without installing any software to computer. It gives Regular ANOVAs, Adjusted Means of Treatments, All Possible Paired Treatments Comparisons and Significance Levels (Prob>F) and also CDs.

4.           4.  Designs for Experiment with Mixtures

Experiments with mixtures are quite useful for the experiments where a fixed quantity of inputs (may be same dose of fertilizer, same quantity of irrigation water or same dose of insecticide or pesticide etc.) are applied as a combination of two or more ingredients. In these experiments the response is a function of the proportion of the ingredients in the mixture rather than the actual amount of the mixture.  A bibliography (321 references) of experiments with mixtures and online generation of simplex centroid designs are available on this page. The link is hosted at

4.           5.  Statistical Genomics

This link on “Statistical Genomics” is essentially an e-learning platform which can be useful to the researchers engaged in this area of research, particularly the geneticists, the biologists, the statisticians and the computational biology experts. New links are being added over time and accordingly the activities are also being expanded. A bibliography on the subject is also given. Main emphasis of this website is on Analysis of Genetic Diversity using Multiple datasets; QTL analysis; Linkage disequilibrium analysis; molecular marker assisted selection, functional genomics, gene expression analysis (either from microarray or RNA-seq experiments),  protein-DNA interactions (e.g. ChIP-chip/ChIP-seq experiments), etc. Some results and advisory are also provided for designing microarray experiments and analysis of data generated. 4.           6.  Orthogonal Arrays

This link targets to provide some basic information about Orthogonal Arrays. Some construction method along with the useful definitions are also given in this link. A catalogue of orthogonal arrays of strength two, resolvable orthogonal arrays of strength two and the orthogonal blocking of the resolvable orthogonal array for 4 ≤ n(# Runs) ≤ 144. The parameters of the OAs, ROAs and OB_ROAs are also given. Bibliography containing list of research papers related to Orthogonal Array is also available at this link.  The link is hosted at
